The Secret To Happiness
Life is all about choices. Specifically, choosing to be healthier and happier, more fit, and more self-satisfied. These are the most profound choices you’ll ever make, because they have the power to change everything else in your life, including personal relationships.
You make dozens of choices every day: Now or later? Here or there? Him or her? This or that? Should I or shouldn’t I? Even when you’re unaware of the choices or don’t recognize them as such, they’re still there to be made—and you’re still making them.
And while it’s true that you may not choose your circumstances at any given moment, you do absolutely choose your reaction to those circumstances. You can put the best face on your situation or something less. You can look on the bright side or on the gray side. You can start doing something today—learning a new skill or hobby, for example—that just may turn tomorrow into a more wonderful and fulfilling day than today.

HI, I’m a first time blogger! I’ve been on a weight loss, live life to the fullest journey for 2.5 months. My routine includes Kathy Smith’s Lift Weights To Lose Weight and Classic Functional Fitness/Intervals DVD’s. I’ve seen and felt results in just this short amount of time. I’ve also been following Kathy Smith’s Feed Muscle Shrink Fat book. Is there anything else I should be doing to add to my routine and goal of being the best me I can be? I’m open to suggestions. I find myself looking forward to working my body and I have to fit it in each and every day. No excuses.
