The Miracle of Gratitude
The miracle of gratitude is that it gently shifts your perspective of the world around you. And, practicing gratitude elevates your level of joy. In fact, studies show that it makes us 25% happier! Gratitude has the strongest link with mental well-being than any other character trait.
I believe that experiencing gratitude for small, everyday occurrences helps you recommit to living life in an extraordinary way. Which is why I’m inviting you to join me on a 21-day Attitude of Gratitude journey to open your eyes to a brighter side of life.
Here’s how it works…every day for 21 days, I’ll send you an inspirational quote and a short daily challenge to expand your joy. It’s completely free. Use this thankfulness challenge as an opportunity to count your blessings, or get into the best mindset for the upcoming holidays. To join me in the challenge, click here.
To kick off the challenge, I’m sharing with you one of my treasures…a 1-hour yoga workout. This intermediate-level yoga routine will open your mind, and creates the perfect space to practice gratitude.
Hi Kathy,
I remember watching your exercise segments on “Alive & Well” back in the early 1980’s, and really enjoying them. I’m hoping you can tell me the names of the woman who was a host/yoga instructor, and the woman who was a chef/nutritionist names Dianne – it’s driving me nuts not to remember because I so enjoyed that show, I was a new at-home mom and your show was so interesting and informative. I wish it was on DVD or VHS somewhere.
Thank you so much.
