Stir-Fry Recipe
Use these proportions to create your own signature stir-fry dishes!
Stir-Fry Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 Cup snow peas
3/4 Cup chopped carrots
1/2 Cup green beans
Spicy Garlic Sauce Ingredients:
1 Tbsp arrowroot
1 1/2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tsp chopped ginger root, fresh
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Heat wok or large skillet over high heat. In a large bowl, blend arrowroot, garlic, 1 tsp ginger, and 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil until arrowroot is dissolved. Mix in broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and green beans, tossing to lightly coat.
Heat remaining 2 Tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook vegetables in oil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Stir in soy sauce and water. Mix in onion, salt, and remaining 1 teaspoon ginger. Cook until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
