Green Grinch

PROTEIN SHAKE


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla KS Wellness protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Remove kale stems and roughly chop greens
  2. Add all ingredients except chia seeds to blender
  3. Blend until completely smooth
  4. Add more almond milk if needed for desired consistency

Notes:

  • Green apple adds tartness like the Grinch’s personality
  • Ginger gives it a kick
  • Lemon helps mask the green taste
  • Cauliflower adds creaminess
  • Banana provides natural sweetness
