Green Ginger Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 C chopped kale or spinach
1 serving vanilla protein shake…check out the Kathy Smith protein
1 C unsweetened almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/4-inch fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Sprinkle of cardamom
1 Tbsp MCT oil

Directions
1. BLEND the greens and almond milk until smooth.
2. ADD the banana, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom and blend again.
