Frozen Yogurt Protein Bark
FROZEN YOGURT PROTEIN BARK INGREDIENTS
- 2 C unsweetened plain greek yogurt
- 1 Banana
- 1 serving vanilla protein… check out the KS Wellness Protein
- 3/4 C Mixed berries
- Optional: Top with hemp hearts or master granola recipe (below)
FROZEN YOGURT PROTEIN BARK INSTRUCTIONS
- Place wax paper on a cookie sheet, set aside
- In a bowl, mash banana
- Mix in greek yogurt and protein
- Evenly spread the yogurt mixture on the cookie shet
- Top with berries
- Freeze for 2 hours
- Using a knife, carefully cut into 12 pieces
- Let sit for a few minute before serving
- Freeze the leftovers for later!
MASTER GRANOLA INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1/2 cup raw walnuts

1/2 cup raw cashews

1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries or raisins 1/2 cup

unsweetened coconut shreds or flakes 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
MASTER GRANOLA INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 300 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the nuts to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in the dried fruit and coconut. Spread the mixture evenly across the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once, until toasted. Store in an airtight container.
