A quick thought about PGX:
Losing weight is simple math. Bottom line: you have to burn more calories than you consume. And, while PGX does not burn calories itself, it can be an amazing aid, affecting your appetite and helping to decrease the size of your meals. Add in the natural sense of energy that comes from having balanced blood sugar, and you’ve got a real game-changer on your hands!
would like info on PGX, does it really work?
Where can I buy PGX ?
Brenda and Elizabeth, I love PGX… use it several times a week. You can find more info about it from their site http://www.pgx.com, The easiest way to find it is in Whole Foods.
Kathy, I am confused. Does the PGX take the place of protein powder?
Nancy, PGX has a specific Whey Protein (http://naturalfactors.com/ca/en/products/detail/4777/pgx-satisfast) you can add to shakes or you can just use the Granules like I do in this video.
Hope this helps!

With all the talk of whey protein, I was looking forward to a recipe that included whey powder. I don’t see it in this one – do you have others? Adding whey would surely boost the protein content, and staying power, of this shake. I love protein shakes and have at least one a day – mine contain bran, flax, goat milk powder, whey, cocoa powder, sunflower seeds, stevia and nonfat kefir. I know, sounds a bit weird but it’s surprisingly delicious!
