You once had a recipe for a Pumpkin Protein shake. Could you please send that?
Well if you’d like the recipe….it’s quite easy. Here. Mix 1/2 cup oil with 1/2 brown sugar and 2 Tbs water. In a strapaee bowl mix 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/4 cup cocoa. Add wet to dry, and stir in a cup of puffed rice cereal. Pour the contents onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Form the whole thing into a rectangle, patting it down and making clean edges. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly. Then, melt about 1/2 cup chocolate, and pour over the bar. Freeze until chocolate is hard, and cut into small squares.
Hello,
I am going to start the fasttrack program next week and I prefer almond milk to soy milk. Is it ok to use that in my shakes?
Yum! I bet my son would love making the tsghos, but he wouldn’t eat them, because he’s crazy and won’t touch strawberries. I would probably have to eat them all myself (okay, maybe share with Husband and Baby). What a shame that would be.
