As you age, maintaining lean body mass becomes increasingly crucial for your overall health and longevity. The science is clear: after 65, your body processes protein only half as efficiently as it did at 35. Incorporating protein-rich foods into your daily routine isn’t just about staying fit… it’s about supporting your long-term health.

Today’s NEW creamy and sweet Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding recipe delivers the perfect combination of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Make a batch, and you’ll have protein-packed breakfasts or snacks ready for the week ahead.

The secret star ingredient? Chia seeds.

These tiny powerhouses are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, supporting heart health, helping manage cholesterol levels, and promoting digestive wellness. The high fiber content keeps you feeling satisfied longer, potentially supporting weight management goals and helping stabilize blood sugar levels.

When chia seeds meet liquid, they create a unique gel-like texture by absorbing up to 12 times their weight in fluid. This soaking process is crucial—it not only creates the perfect pudding consistency but also ensures optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.
