LONGEVITY SMOOTHIE


Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brewed and cooled green tea (as the base)

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/3 cup silken tofu

  • 1/2 pear, cored and

  • 1/4 avocado

  • Squeeze of lemon

Instructions:

1. Brew a strong cup of green tea and let it cool completely.
2. Add all ingredients to your blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
