Cumin-Spiced Carrots


CUMIN-SPICED CARROTS

Ingredients

14 medium carrots of assorted color
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder 
1/2 tsp fresh thyme and more to garnish
salt and pepper
sprinkle of nutmeg

Instructions

Peel carrots and arrange in a baking tray. Add the olive oil, turmeric, nutmeg, cumin, thyme, salt and pepper into a small mixing bowl. Brush mixture over the carrots. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 Degrees for 50 minutes
