PUMPKIN SPICE PARFAIT (WITH A SECRET INGREDIENT)
INGREDIENTS – CHIA LAYER
3 Tbsp chia seeds
3/4 C unsweetened almond milk
INGREDIENTS – PUMPKIN SHAKE
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 C unsweetened almond milk
1/4 C frozen cauliflower
1/4 C pumpkin puree
1 serving Kathy Smith Protein Shake
1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix chia layer ingredients together, and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to thicken. In a blender, mix pumpkin shake ingredients, pour on top of the chia seed layer.
