Spring Greens Protein Shake
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
1/2 green apple (chopped and cored)
1/4 banana
Juice of 1 lemon.
1 serving vanilla protein shake (check out the Kathy Smith Shake)
Handful of ice
