Red Veggie Smoothie
Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder(I recommend using the Kathy Smith Protein Shake)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cucumber
1 handful of arugula
½ red pepper
1 beet
2 roma tomatoes
¼ avocado, peeled
Cayenne pepper
Bragg’s Aminos to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until completely smooth.
