¼ cup Master Granola
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk)
½ cup raspberries
Method
Layer the yogurt, the fruit, and the granola in a serving bowl.
½ cup raw almonds
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
½ cup raw walnuts
½ cup raw cashews
½ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or raisins
½ cup unsweetened coconut shreds or flakes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Master Granola Method
1. Preheat oven to 300 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the nuts to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in the dried fruit and coconut.
3. Spread the mixture evenly across the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once, until toasted.
4. Store in an airtight container.
