Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
1/2 C. Pumpkin (Canned, pure)
1 1/2 C. Almond milk
1 Serving (2 Tbsp.) Vanilla protein powder (check out the Kathy Smith Shake)
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 C. ice to thicken
