Here's a sample of a quick and fun dance move to start your motor running, your hips swaying and your body humming.

Standing Figure-8 Dance (time: 1-2 minutes on each side)

1. Stand with your feet hip distance apart, or a little wider.
2. To make the figure-8, shift your weight back and forth from one foot to the other as you create a circle (half of the figure-8) with one hip at a time.
3. Close your eyes and allow your whole body to respond to the rhythm of your hips.
